Allyson DuPont Designs is a one-stop-shop for a variety of your design needs; I provide the following services — individually or in combination — and specialize in design systems that carry across multiple formats and media. For added convenience, rush projects can be completed in top speed, and a non-profit discount is available to clients with 501 (c) 3 status. All clients receive original designs to fit the tone and needs of his or her business or organization.
You will never receive templated designs.
Web designs are provided for each level of site organization, no matter how many levels your site may have.
If requested, I will evaluate the organization of information on your site in order to provide the most efficient and effective delivery of information.
Review proofs of your designs before the site goes into construction. By providing feedback and requesting revisions before the actual site is constructed, you save yourself time and money on costly revisions later!
Your site will be created in clean, uncluttered markup (html) with the most current formatting techniques
Add extra elements such as Flash animation, interactive elements, audio, video, forms, php-scripted elements, and integration of external elements such as blogs, shopping cart services, etc.
Your web pages will include basic search engine optimization, as well as ADA web standards compliance.
At this time, I do not offer back-end web development services.

I can provide clients with a variety of printed items, including postcards and direct mail pieces, letterhead/stationery, business cards, posters, flyers, brochures, stickers and labels, packaging, books, catalogs, advertisements, and so much more.
Order print-ready graphic files for branded merchandise, custom stamps, etc.
As with my other services, review a digital proof (or printed mock-up, upon request) and request revisions to get everything just right before your order goes to the printer.
Opt for print coordination and let me take care of the printing arrangements, including checking printing proofs on your items.

You don't have a vendor for print services? Not a problem. With a referral to one of my preferred vendors, you can enjoy my business trade discount on printing services and the assurance of quality printing.

Have a brand new logo created or get an older one update or redone.
I provide clients with multiple versions of their logo for large and small formats, and a variety of printing methods, so your logo looks fantastic, whether as a grayscale ad or full-color billboard.
Carry your brand further by opting for full detailed identity services, which includes setting colors, typefaces, graphic styles, etc. for anything and everything related to your business. I specialize in branding for multiple formats and media, and can apply your new design identity to anything you need designed.
$50 per hour, 4 hour minimum
Have photos adjusted and retouched for use in print or web. I can also add overlays or photoshop out undesirable details to give your images the perfect finishing touch.
I can mask out backgrounds and unwanted details in photos to give you floating images perfect for product shots and other print and web applications.
Have your photos sized and formatted for web or print [or both].
$50 per hour, ¼ hour minimum
I provide a number of web administrator services to maintain the appearance, functionality, and content of your website after it has been completed.
I offer one-year update contracts that cover basic content updates for the contract term, based on the number of updates you anticipate making over the year. The total number of updates is added up and spread evenly over whatever payment schedule you choose — pay up front for the entire year, or pay at the start of each monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual period.
If you have updates left at the end of your contract term, they will be credited toward a contract renewal.

Add an hourly retainer for design updates or future projects so you can request further work when you need it without having to worry about payment.

ADA accessibility provisions have been around for almost twenty years, but today most websites — even those that serve the needs and interests of people with disabilities — continue to fail many, if not all, compliancy standards. Because of this I've made a commitment to educating clients about the importance of making their websites accessible to all. Every site I construct meets all the necessary access provisions according to the World Wide Web consortium, plus a few extra points that I've developed and tested myself. For websites where access is a special concern, I include all optional access measures as well.
I will check the html source code and appearance of your website for adherence to accessibility standards. A report will be provided summarizing areas of strong ADA compliance and highlighting compliance violations/weaknesses.

Meeting W3 guidelines doesn't automatically mean that your site can be easily used by a person with a disability. Choose three common tasks your website is used for (booking an appointment, making a purchase, etc.) and we will have those tasks tested by multiple people with a disability:
a person who is blind and using a screen-reader
a person who has a partial vision impairment but is not using a screen reader
a person who is deaf (typically only for sites with audiovisual components)
a person who has a physical/mobility impairment
a person with intellectual/developmental disability
We will provide a report of each person's experience using your website, including their and my own recommendations for improving usability.
$300 for four-person team, $350 for five-person team (includes a tester who is deaf)
Have your entire website thoroughly tested for usability by a four- or five-member team of people who have a disability (see the composition of the testing group above). We will provide a comprehensive report of the team's findings, including each person's experience using your website, specific problems encountered, and both their and my recommendations for improving usability.

I will participate in the planning for adding ADA compliance as part of new website development or re-design of an existing website. Consulting only; no web design or development needed.
