Are your products made in the US?
All of our final design products are made in the United States (many of them right in our RI studio), though some materials are sourced from or manufactured overseas.
Do you use outside vendors or sub-contractors to fulfill orders and complete contracts for clients?
While we complete most of our common design services in-house, some specialty services are provided by trusted off-site vendors and sub-contractors. These services include:
- some perforated and scored print products
- letterpress printing and hot foil stamping (we offer in-house toner-reactive foiling for some products)
- imprinted items (printing on consumer items like pens, napkins, shirts, etc.)
- offset and specialty ink printing (metallic inks, neon inks, spot gloss, etc)
- some specialty finishing on large volume jobs (cutouts, side painting, rounded corners, etc)
- laser cutting
- oversized printing and sign printing
- large volume bookbinding
- mySQL and database modifications
- complex back-end web development
- product, site, and editorial photography
Do you have a retail storefront that I can visit in-person?
We do not have a retail storefront for our designs services, but you can contact us to order directly or schedule an in-person visit to our studio.
Do you offer e-commerce services?
Yes, we can create an e-commerce presence for you using WooCommerce, Shopify, or PayPal. We also offer graphic identity packages for other online marketplaces like Etsy and Amazon.
What is the typical turn-around for an order or contract?
Completion times for design projects vary depending on the type and scope of work, engagement from the client, and time of year that the work is being completed. Contact us for an estimate of turn-around for your specific project.
What area do you serve? Are you able to work remotely with clients outside your geographic area?
We work primarily with customers in Rhode Island and Southeast New England, but also connect with customers throughout the country for remote work.
Do you ship your products?
Yes, we offer shipping on nearly all of our products using USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We also offer coordinated production through vendors in our clients’ local area for some printing services.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
We accept international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to inquire about booking our design services.
Do you offer a special discount for non-profit organizations?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on our hourly rate and design service packages to all 501 (c)3 nonprofits. Please note that nonprofits must provide a valid 501 (c)3 tax-free ID number in order to qualify for special pricing.
Do you offer a military discount for current and former members of the armed forces?
While we appreciate and respect the service of our armed forces, we do not offer a discount to military members or veterans.
Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts for bundling multiple products and/or services?
Yes, we offer bulk/wholesale pricing on retail products as well as price bundles for some contracts with multiple design service products.
Can you send me photos of products or paper so that I can be sure it is the color I want?
Due to variation in display color from one device/screen to the next, we are unable to guarantee color match based on photos. Physical color samples are available at no cost to customers who’ve signed a contract or placed an order, or for a modest fee for customers who have not yet placed an order.
