This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards. I aim to follow these guidelines as a baseline for design, development, and content decisions.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Websites change, technology evolves, and even well-intentioned design decisions do not always work equally well for every person or device. I regularly review the site and work to identify and correct accessibility issues as they arise.
Ongoing accessibility practices
My accessibility practices include working to provide:

- Visible keyboard focus indicators
- Sufficient color contrast
- Meaningful alternative text for informative images
- Captions or text alternatives for multimedia when applicable

- Plain, understandable language whenever possible
I also avoid unnecessary motion, inaccessible document formats, and interactions that depend exclusively on a mouse, color, sound, or visual positioning.
Third-party content
Some pages may contain content or functionality provided by third parties, such as embedded videos, social media posts, maps, forms, or external websites. While I may not be able to control the accessibility of those platforms, I will make a reasonable effort to provide an accessible alternative when a barrier is identified.
